For those that have created a new account for this trip, the following information on the account transfers was relayed to Mr. Armentrout

We decided to use the old Trip ID for your Nashville Trip; Trip ID 10197.  There were more particpants on this ID so I changed everything to reflect the new cost, dates, etc.
Trip ID 10426 is now disabled.

Please tell your families we will be using the same trip id that they registered with; 10197, to continue their payments.  The cost has now changed to $1095.

Are there chaperones needed?
Yes, there will be a limited number of chaperone spots available.  The number is variable based on the number of students.   Chaperones will pay the same cost as the students.  

What is the cost of the tour?
The cost of the tour will be around $1100.   

Will there be any fundraising plans?
Yes! We will need volunteers to help set up fundraising and your participation to make them successful. We will offer them as long as there are people involved.

When will this take place?
We will be traveling near the beginning of spring break of 2023. The dates are March 8th through 12th.

DAY 1: Wednesday March 8, 2023                                   Nashville
6:00 am:
Vans arrive at Hoover High School for loading
6:30 am:   Depart for Nashville! Bring a Bag Breakfast.       
11:00 am - 12:00 pm Lunch (own expense) en route   
4:30 - 5:30 pm:   Dinner (own expense) en route    
7:30 pm: Approximate arrival at the Hotel TBD
8:00 - 9:00 pm: Pool Time!
DAY 2: Thursday March 9, 2023                                   Nashville
7:00 - 8:00 am: Deluxe Continental Breakfast (included) at the Hotel
8:00 am: Depart    
8:45 am: Approximate arrival at The Parthenon
8:45 - 9:20 am: Explore THE PARTHENON as it stands proudly as the centerpiece of Centennial Park. The re-creation
of the 42-foot full-scale statue, Athena is the focus
of the Parthenon just as it was in ancient Greece. (entrance not included)
9:30 am: Depart    
9:50 - 11:00 am: Tour the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME, the largest popular music museum in the world! See, hear, and experience what it means to be a part of Music City seventy years ago, or just last week!

1:00 - 3:30 pm: Tour the BELLE MEADE PLANTATION, built by General William Giles
Harding in 1853. During this time, the Harding family prospered, building their domain into a 5,400-acre plantation that was renowned throughout the world for breeding champion Thoroughbred horses

4:10-4:30 pm: Nashville’s one and only Dukes of Hazzard Museum and Shop, operated by none
other than ol’ Cooter himself. COOTERS MUSEUM features pictures, props, costumes, and memorabilia from the beloved hit television show.

4:50 - 5:50 pm: Dinner (included) at PAULA DEEN’S FAMILY KITCHEN in Opry Mills
5:50 - 6:30 pm: Shopping at OPRY MILLS-Tennessee’s premier retail destination with 200 name-

9:20 - 10:30 am: Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR at RYMAN AUDITORIUM, a world renowned
concert hall, Rock & Roll landmark, famous former home of the Grand Ole Opry, and music’s most iconic stage. The Ryman auditorium is the Mother Church bringing artists and fans together for unforgettable music moments. This beloved Nashville landmark is hallowed ground.

1:30 - 3:00 pm: Visit the former residence of the seventh President of the United States, Andrew
